I have recently had my first treatment for the BOTOX Neck Lift & Jawline Definition. I would just like to say how absolutely fantastic the results are. It is truly amazing. For some time I have been increasing despondent with my neck, age is creeping up and I felt my it really let me down. After researching the treatment I decided to take the plunge and booked my consultation. I duly arrived at the Ingatestone location and met with Monica. I could not have been in safer hands. Monica went into great detail about the treatment fully explaining everything, the benefits, possible side effects and outcome. There was no hard sell and at no time did I feel under pressure to go ahead but boy am I glad I did. I cannot praise the treatment highly enough. Everyday I can see the benefits. I cannot stop smiling. I would totally recommend this (and have done) to anyone who is unhappy with their neck. It does everything it says it will and more. During my first consultation with Monica, she invited me to hold a mirror and study my face.
She asked me what I would like to improve.
I wanted to improve my skin tone and texture. My intention was to go for microdermabrasion but Monica advised me as I had red veins on my face this would not be the best option.
She suggested Salicylic acid peel followed by B Kamins rosacea products. My skin felt much better after a course of peels.
After this I wanted my broken vessels treated. Monica advised me that there is a new treatment available called ‘Veinwave’.
Decided to go with this procedure and after the first session there was a noticeable improvement. After 2 more sessions my complexion was clear enough for me not to wear heavy based foundation to cover-up.
These treatments gave me much more confidence and I would be pleased to recommend both treatments received from Monica. I have absolute trust and feel totally relaxed in her hands.

The products and chemical peels you recommended and used on my skin have worked really well for me.
In my opinion the skin rejuvenation treatments I have received over the last eighteen months have had a highly beneficial effect on my complexion. In particular by giving it an over all smoother appearance.
The skin care programme started with a range of high quality skin care ( OBAGI NU-DERM) products applied on a daily basis to my face. These were used until gradually my skin was prepared for, and ready to be introduced to the next step in the regime which consisted of a sequence of chemical peels. These were applied over a relatively short period of time, which culminated in my skin texture becoming much smoother. I found superficial wrinkles and large pores became more refined.

Monica just to say haw pleased i am with may treatments. You work so differently to other clinics/professionals I have seen in the past. You look at a person as a whole and understands what they need to bring back balance. You made me look and feel feminine again with the combination of right treatments.
You are not just providing a ten minute appointment but spend time with me and understand what i need. You have educated me about skin care and I no longer purchase every new product on the market as I now understand what works best for me. My face is younger and more feminine looking and this is due entirely to your expertise and skill.

I have to admit I thought that Botox was for the rich and famous and not for everyday women. Due to some bad childhood experiences I have had to have counselling and have paid alot of money to get my inner self right but one of my big dissappointments was that my face seemed to have aged so much. So when someone said just see Monica for consultation I decided I would try. Monica immediately puts you at ease and if I was honest I hate needles and any pain so that was my worst fear. After the first consultation I decided to go for it and when Monica gave me my first lot of Botox I expected great pain but it just felt like a mosquito bite and then she said thats it. I was very impressed but more so by the results, it has made me feel more confident about myself and given me back my self esteem.
So I would say you have nothing to loose but years by seeing Monica.
